How do I return an item?
RETURNS: If you decide to return an attachment from www.EasyAttachments.com, please contact us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number and shipping address. But please note that Femco weather brakes, umbrellas and Tuff Tops are not returnable. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, in unused/resalable condition, in the original unopened manufacturer’s packaging (if applicable) and accompanied by the original invoice & Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to our inspection of the conditions above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping refunds will not be issued for customer returns and no returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase.
SHIPPING: We stock a wide selection of attachments, in many sizes, and we ship directly from our warehouse, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship the same day if you place your order on a weekday before 1pm EST. We ship to 44 US states by UPS or by a truck carrier.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
UPS states that their Ground Shipping delivers in 1-5 business days after pick-up from www.EasyAttachments.com. And if your product is shipped by UPS, we provide a UPS tracking number for your order so you can view the progress of your shipment. If your product is shipped by a truck carrier, you will need to be there to sign for your delivery and we will be in contact with you by phone or email to give you details on the scheduled delivery date/time.
LOST OR DAMAGED: For lost items, please email us asap, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier. For damaged goods, make sure to make a claim with the carrier before signing for the item. All claims for the loss or damage of the merchandise must be made directly by the customer to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments, although rare, are annoying and time-consuming, but we’ll do what we can to help you get satisfaction with the carrier.
WARRANTY: All attachments sold by www.EasyAttachments.com are warranted only through the guidelines set forth by the manufacturers. Defective parts and goods will be considered for replacement, repair or credit at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a warranty issue.
INSTALLATION: Although www.EasyAttachments.com stocks attachments that can be easily mounted and removed, www.EasyAttachments.com does not assume any responsibility for any labor involved in the installation of any attachments. All claims for defective, replacement, warranty, repair or credit is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
To help our www.EasyAttachments.com customers, we will forward any information to the manufacturer, for warranty consideration providing:
a. The attachment/part must have failed within the warranty period
b. The customer must return the merchandise being considered for the claim, with all of the warranty tags filled out
c. A copy of the original invoice from www.EasyAttachments.com
d. A written explanation of the defect
